What the work
includes

  1. Entry & common-area renovation

The first hundred feet of a community carries most of its impression. Entries, boulevards, and amenity areas are redesigned and replanted with a written plant list and schedule the board can approve before the first crew arrives.

  2. New plantings

Trees, palms, hedging, and groundcover installed to specification — correct depth, root-ball preparation, staking where warranted, and establishment watering written into the job.

  3. Large tree & palm installation

Specimen material — mature live oaks, sabals, date palms — sourced, craned, and set with the site work those installations actually require.

  4. Seasonal color programs

Rotations planned for the corridor's calendar, at the entries and amenity beds where color earns its cost.

  5. Sod replacement

Turf renovation by area — soil correction, grade, variety selection, and the irrigation adjustments that decide whether new sod survives its first summer.

  6. Phasing for occupied communities

Work sequenced so the community stays presentable while it happens — staging, access, and cleanup planned like the residents are watching, because they are.

On this
corridor

Plant selection on this corridor is a salt and wind conversation before it is a color conversation. The barrier islands and the mainland sit on either side of the coastal 10A/10B transition, and what thrives in Palm Beach Gardens can struggle in a Vero Beach oceanfront bed.

The plan for every renovation starts from the site — exposure, soil, irrigation coverage — and selects material that will still look intended in five years, not just on installation day.

Scope &
pricing

Renovation work is priced from a written plan: scope, plant list, sizes, and schedule stated before work begins. Changes happen on paper first, so the invoice never tells a different story than the proposal.
